This Privacy Policy explains how IDIGI collects, uses, transfers, and discloses personally identifiable information collected through this website at https://www.idigi.id and https://console.idigi.id (“Site”) and IDIGI (play store, appstore) applications (“Apps). By using this Site or downloading our Apps or submitting any personally identifiable information to IDIGI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.


Active Information Collection


Personally identifiable information may be collected through the Site, including your name and salutation, job title, physical address, telephone number, email address, and other contact information, and other information combined with your name or identifiers, such as the products or services requested, the name and nature of your business, site activity data, product preference information, marketing consent, username and password, and shipping and fulfillment information (“Personal Information”). This Personal Information is collected when necessary or appropriate to facilitate the download or delivery of IDIGI’s products and services, to create or maintain user registrations and profiles, to communicate with users and respond to inquiries, to customize the user experience on the Site, and to protect IDIGI from fraud or other inappropriate behavior. Our Apps collect your device, location, environment and surroundings information and PIN and behavioral and activation data (“Device Usage Data”). This is stored securely on our servers. To help protect you and provide you with our services, access, access management, authentication, sign-in, signing, or decryption (“Services”), we analyze, process, and transform Device Usage Data in order to derive your intent to transact with our Services using the Apps.


Passive Information Collection

Use, Disclosure and Transfer of Information

We never sell Personal Information. We use, disclose, transfer, and process Personal Information in several ways. If you register or create a user profile, we will retain your Personal Information as requested to manage your profile. The Personal Information obtained from the registration form is used to send you requested product information and promotional materials. If you later decide that you do not want us to retain such information or that you do not want to receive product information or promotional materials, you may contact us as described at the end of this Privacy Policy and ask us to delete the Personal Information in your profile. We may also disclose and transfer Personal Information to IDIGI partners or resellers who can provide you with more information about IDIGI products or services.

We may also disclose and transfer Personal Information to IT providers, fulfilment agencies, subcontractors who manage email, statistics, information delivery, necessary services or products and other subcontractors who assist in the operation of the Site and/or related business transactions, which may be located in your home jurisdiction or elsewhere, including countries that may not offer an equivalent level of protection as the country in which you are located. All such parties will be required to keep the Personal Information secure and only process it in accordance with our instructions.

We may also disclose and transfer Personal Information, in accordance with applicable legal requirements, if necessary or appropriate to protect the security of the Site, to protect members of the IDIGI group of companies or others from liability, and/or in connection with the sale or transfer of all or a portion of the business.

We never sell Device Usage Data. We use, disclose, transfer and process Device Usage Data in several ways. If you download any App, we will retain Device Usage Data as a request to enable you to use our iDiGi security tokens and associated private keys. If you later decide that you do not want us to retain such information, you may contact us as described at the end of this Privacy Policy and request that we delete the Device Usage Data. We do not hold any Device Usage Data associated with Personal Information, in order for us to fulfill a request to delete Device Usage Data, we need to establish a link between your Personal Information and your Device Usage Data. We can only establish a link between your Personal Information and your Device Usage Data with your cooperation and with you having control and ownership of the App. If for the purposes of obtaining access to the App you have established a link between your Personal Information and your Device Usage Data, by entering or probing the Personal Information to obtain an activation code, we will be able to process the request even if the App data is lost or deleted. You may use a revocation code, which can be generated from within the App to anonymously revoke your token, in which case your data may be stored anonymously.

We may also disclose and transfer Device Usage Data to IT providers, fulfillment agencies, subcontractors who manage email, statistics, information delivery, necessary services or products and other subcontractors who assist in the operation of the iDiGi services or App and/or related business transactions, who may be located in your home jurisdiction or elsewhere, including countries that may not offer an equivalent level of protection as the country in which you are located. All such parties will be required to keep the Device Usage Data secure and only process it in accordance with our instructions.

We may also disclose and transfer Device Usage Data, in accordance with applicable legal requirements, where technologically feasible, where necessary or appropriate to protect the security of the Site, to protect members of the IDIGI group of companies or others from liability, and/or in connection with the sale or transfer of all or a portion of the business.


Additional Communication

Individuals who submit Personal Information on the Site will be added to our internal mailing list and may be provided with product information from IDIGI via email, telemarketing, fax, SMS, and postal mail, where permitted by applicable law. If you do not wish to receive such information, please unsubscribe as described in the individual communication, or contact us as described at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will remove your name from our subscriber list within ten (10) business days.

Data security


In accordance with applicable laws, we maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information from accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Unfortunately, no information security system is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of Personal Information against possible loss or unauthorized access.

IDIGI hosts the Site on our servers in Europe and Indonesia. Because IDIGI is comprised of a global group of companies, any Personal Information you submit to the Site may be shared with our affiliates in any other location that is appropriate for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Such jurisdictions may not provide an equivalent level of protection as the data protection laws in your home country. Therefore, your use of the Site or submission of any Personal Information constitutes your consent to this transfer.
