App-to-App Authentication

App2App Authentication enables secure communication between two applications without user interaction, using access tokens or digital certificates. Examples include mobile apps accessing backend APIs or services interacting seamlessly.

Integrating iDiGi authentication requires minor adjustments to the client app, allowing secure communication with the iDiGi application. This approach ensures secure data exchange in the background, commonly used for app integrations.  

A demo video illustrates how the client app interacts with iDiGi to authenticate users. Successful authentication displays the user name, and apps can connect on the same device or via QR code between devices (e.g., Android-to-Android, iOS-to-Android). In one scenario, the iDiGi iOS app scans a QR code on an Android device, acting as a gateway to access iDiGi services.
